We help your leadership team realize its full potential. If you feel we’re not keeping that promise, you may immediately terminate the collaboration and payment.

2.2 You, your = Client
We prefer to work based on trust, but to avoid misunderstandings we’ve drawn up General Terms and Conditions.
4.1 In all our projects and collaborations we follow our golden rules:
4.1.1 Everything is confidential
4.1.2 Don’t get distracted; be fully present, address everything in service of your business (realization energy)
4.1.3 Face what needs to be faced and allow guidance
4.1.4 Leave nothing on the table
4.2 We give 100% to help you realize your dream. We expect the same from you. No time means no priority.
4.3 If you’re concerned about interests, bias, quality or trust, bring it up.
5.1 Our agreement takes effect once you accept the offer, and invoicing begins.
5.2 We enter into a growth partnership for an indefinite period.
5.3 If either of us no longer sees value in the collaboration, we’re both free to end it.
5.4 The collaboration can be canceled monthly. We stop invoicing the following month.
5.5 When the collaboration ends, we ask for an open and honest closing conversation.
6.1 Rates and costs are listed in the signed offer.
6.2 All amounts are in ZAR and exclude VAT.
6.3 The payment term is 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
6.4 Nothing in life is free. If you don’t communicate about payment issues, we won’t set up the process for you. If payment is six weeks late, we may cancel the assignment.
6.5 Make sure you provide the correct invoicing details.
6.6 We adjust prices annually according to the official CPI index.
6.7 Besides the above professional fees, travel expenses will be charged on an at cost basis. These comprise airfare, accommodation, transportation, and any other related travel expenses. Our coaches are cost conscious, i.e. flying economy class and using medium class hotels. We will provide invoices or receipts for such expenses on request.
7.1 All sessions are scheduled at the start of the process for at least 3 months, ideally 6 months in advance.
7.2 If a session needs to be rescheduled, we’ll do our best to make it happen. Physical sessions can be moved up to a week in advance, video sessions up to 72 hours in advance. Missed sessions will be rescheduled together.
7.3 If you cancel a session a day or week in advance, the coach has no work that day. We’ve invested time and energy in preparation that can’t be reused.
7.4 If rescheduling isn’t possible, the cost is yours.
7.5 We have a no-show policy: if you miss the session, for any reason, we’ll invoice 100% of the agreed amount.
8.1 See 4.1.1. If we need to sign something, we will. We ask for a balanced proposal.
8.2 We also take all technical measures to protect your confidential and competitive information.
9.1 We reserve the right to unilaterally change or supplement these terms. You’ll be notified a month in advance.
10.1 The materials we send are meant to be used during the process. They’re not intended to be copied and shared.
10.2 If you want to use our material differently than intended, please discuss it with us.
We’re not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from our advice or guidance. We like to keep it simple, but liability could cost us our company. We take personal data seriously and process it according to GDPR and POPI. As with article 11, we prefer simplicity, but GDPR provisions are strict. We follow the law to the letter.
