🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading dynamic, full-day client workshops each month.
Coaching and supporting entrepreneurial teams using our battle-tested frameworks.
Collaborating with a network of like-minded former entrepreneurs and executives.
Shaping the scaling journey for South African businesses across industries.

🧠 Who We’re Looking For:

Former founders, co-founders, or C-level executives who have scaled businesses (ideally 30–300 employees).
Strong facilitation, coaching, and group leadership skills.
Passion for entrepreneurship and structured business growth.
Based in South Africa (remote with possible in-person workshops).
